**The Role**

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Handover Engineer to join our team in Egypt. The Handover Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of units to our clients, coordinating inspections, and facilitating the handover process with precision and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of units ready for delivery according to contract documents.
- Prepare detailed status reports for each unit, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
- Perform snagging inspections to identify and accurately record all customer points.
- Compile comprehensive snag lists and collaborate with the Project Management department to ensure timely resolution.
- Address client notifications and comments throughout the finishing process, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Follow up on client requests and modifications, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain meticulous records for final handing over certificates with clients.
- Develop templates for inspection reports to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Coordinate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team to schedule appointments for unit handovers.
- Assist in preparing all necessary documents for the handover process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience in the Property Delivery department or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
