**Back Office Processes & Methods Engineer**:
**Mobility is the goal****:

- Monitor & follow up the execution of NI/MOD fulfillment processes.
- Identify any gaps and follow up on closing these gaps.
- Ensure the proper internal handover from sales to field operation department related to new orders.
- Check the essential steps to validate them as per NI/MOD field operation processes.
- Follow up on monthly basis the forecast execution with the installation team.
- Make internal audit for NI/MOD fulfillment department.
- Update projects database files with all related documents & correspondents.
- Present the department forecast and closing on monthly basis.
- Create, update & archive projects program on (MS-Project)
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Coordinate the processing ADF/Claims with the engineering department requested from NI engineers with tracking of delivery date by report.
- Collect & consolidate all closing reports related to field operation from all other branches and coordinate with finance department in case of any variances. “i.e.: Pull, Starts, HO, VOs, POs, VOB tracking, collection”

**Mobility needs you****:

- BSc. of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 0 - 2 years of experience.
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel - Power point - Word)
- MS Project experience is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Organizational and Analytical Thinking skills.
