- Create design and construction criteria for each project and ensure that all Tenants review and sign off on the delivery of premises at the time of delivery.
- Tracking and reporting exchanges of plans and information with the tenants.
- Following with the Construction Department, Lease Administration, and handover department on the delivery of tenant spaces.
- Daily interaction with teams from Construction, Leasing as well as Tenants and Contractors.
- Maintain reports and documentation regarding all correspondence with Tenants and the status of lease requirements.
- Works closely with internal colleagues across departments and with the tenant’s representatives to ensure that construction projects are progressing on time and in a manner that strengthens the company’s relationship with the Tenants and other external stakeholders.
- Review, comment and approve tenant plans to ensure specific commercial project criteria for compliance and the best design possible.
- Maintain tenant design criteria manuals for each assigned property, to be used by Tenants to design and
- Ensure that any delivery dates required by a lease with penalties are managed by monitoring deals in process, escalating any agreement that is in danger of missing the delivery date, and proposing solutions to ensure the delivery date is met.
- Execute Tenant Coordination processes, procedures, and standards for management, quality, and efficiency in the tenant's design, construction, and life safety.
- Coordinate all tenant preconstruction meetings and construction meetings.
- Coordinate all tenant tie-ins to the landlord system.
- Participate in solving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction.
- Assist in coordination with suppliers and fit-out contractors.
- Prepare progress reports regularly.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management / Architectural Engineering
- from 1 to 3 years of experience in the Fit-Out industry.
- The ability to relocate between projects.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD is a must.
- Strong Organizational & time management skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
