**The Consulting Manager leads company’s projects and a team of consultants to oversee the services provided to clients in the field of Strategy Deployment, Business Process Management Re-engineering, Lean Six-Sigma, Regulatory & Compliance and People Advisory. He/She mainly contributes to help organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance, uses business skills to provide objective advice and expertise, sets expectations and ensure all consultants are meeting standards to ensure client satisfaction. Also, helps analyze organizational operations and develop strategies to improve efficiency, increase revenues, and responsible for recruitment, hiring, and training staff members.**
- Identify and assign projects managers and teams members.
- Lead and manage company’s projects and programs and coordinate work and team efforts.
- Plan and identify projects schedules and resources required to meet projects objectives.
- Mentor staff in methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
- Serve as an advisor and resource to project management staff.
- Provide staff with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities and growth plan by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
- Monitor the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts between the project, client or other internal organizations in a satisfactory manner.
- Effectively prepare and direct business proposals and presentations.

**Requirements**:

- MBA / Bachelor’s degree in business-related field such as Business Administration, or Management.
- Ability to travel
- 7 - 10 years of experience in management consulting.
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, and presentation.
- Ability to lead teams with work ethic.
