**This Position is open for Egyptian Nationals currently located in Cairo, Egypt.**
**Role Summary**:
Order Management Executives are responsible for all aspects of order processing. This includes everything from entering new orders to inspecting shipments to managing customer satisfaction and more. They must also work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out.
**Position Location**: Cairo, Egypt
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and oversee cycle of order fulfilment.
- Generate purchase orders and place the orders to the suppliers.
- Prepare shipment documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Post, record & update the system with the sales & purchase invoices.
- Streamline shipping and transportation processes.
- Liaise with other departments/customers/LSPs.
- Negotiate rates with the forwarders to reduce transportation cost.
- Track orders to make sure they arrive at their destination on time.
- Freight forwarder arrangements and Customs documents preparation (delivery from and to our warehouse).
- Arrange product declarations with Customs via forwarder.
- Handle Letter of Credits (L/C), check L/C terms and conditions, comment to customers, prepare documentations for bank.
- Prepare order management reports, sales forecast, inventory reconciliation & other relevant reports.
- Handle the archiving of Order Management documents.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain (English section is preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Logistics & Order Management
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Very good computer skills and knowledge of software packages (Microsoft 365)
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented
