Aufgaben

Order Management, Specialist will be providing support to the Ordering and Logistics operations team including Vehicle Ordering, Shipping and Logistics, Damages Claims Handling accurately and timely.
Main tasks Include

Vehicles Ordering
- Perform the vehicles ordering (SWT) accurately and timely based on Submitted specs and Paint/UPH requirements.
- Monitor vehicle order status SWT system.
- Manage code restriction by communicating with HQ.
- Conduct regular Order Review for smooth running of the production process.
- Monitor allocation monthly and alert the concerned departments for any changes/requests for adjustments

Shipments Planning and Monitoring
- Support logistics side regarding the shipments, clearance process and storage.
- Monthly reporting with storage, damages and shipments status and overview.

Damages & Insurance Claims
- Update the internal damages database.
- Handling the damages repair orders with dealers network.
- Collect and submit the required documents by the insurance company.
- Communicate and handle damages cases internally with the concerned departments, and externally with the insurance company.

Compliance Assurance
- Ensure that all compliance requirements are met and properly documented as per DAG, Mercedes-Benz Cars and MBEg policies

Qualifikationen

Training and qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a reputable university.

Technical knowledge
- Excellent command of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Good knowledge of relational databases and ability to perform complicated analysis
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Soft skills/individual competence
- Fluent in English both in written and speaking
- Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, mature and team player
- Reporting and process management
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
- Organized, effective time management

Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in automotive industry is a plus.
