- Assist in preparing fees/ cost estimation of the project including contacting sub-consultants.
- Prepare and finalize proposals and all required documents including time schedules.

- Follow up on submitted proposals to clients.
- Consolidate contracts for the awarded projects.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Architecture is preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in the same field or in Project management field
- experience in GULF market
- Microsoft word, excel, power point and outlook : Excellent.
- Microsoft Project : v.Good.
- Typography skills: Excellent.
- Language Skills English : Excellent (spoken & written).
- The ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Work Environment:

- Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00
- Days off: Friday & Saturday
- Location: 1st Settlement
