Your work will help a plethora of FMCG companies to move their goods from plants to warehouses to retailers in the most optimized and efficient way.

**About The Role**:
We are searching for an innovative Technical Lead to join our company. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee ILLA’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

To be successful as a Technical Lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team management position
- Familiar working with PostgreSQL, Ruby on rails, React Native and AWS Services
- Experience in production environments
- Experience and ability to use git efficiently
- Computer science bachelor degree

- Experience in AWS ecosystem is a plus. We use ECS and Docker heavily

- Experience in Node.js
- Experience in the supply chain or logistics industry
- Experience in open-source projects collaboration
- Experience working in a startup environment
