**Job Description**:

- Create website back-ends and web services using open-source technologies, with a focus on PHP.
- Develop website front-ends using HTML, CSS, JS, and Vue.js.
- Integrate back-ends with existing front-ends as required.
- Design and implement APIs for seamless data communication.
- Participate in the entire development process from specification and design to testing, release, and maintenance.
- Break down complex problems into actionable tasks and resolve them with precision.
- Deliver tasks within agreed-upon timescales, ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaborate with third parties when necessary for system integration.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation to ensure clarity and coherence in the development process.
- Team leadership, mentorship, learning and development plans and evaluation.
- Hiring plans and support in interviewing process.
- Solution architecture, technical approach and development standardization
- Working with AWS infrastructure.
- Technology selection and tech innovation.
- Working on CI/CD implementation and DevOps

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience in Web development using PHP.
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
- 2+ years of experience in Vue.js.
- Proven experience in JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx), and UI/UX design.
- Proven experience in Linux servers management.
- Experience in dealing with Amazon Cloud.
- Experience in React.Native is a big plus.
- Very good leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Very good Command of English
- Experience in FinTech/ERP systems is a big plus.
