UX Lead

**Role Purpose**:
To be responsible of the presentation of Vodafone Digital Channels (Ana Vodafone App, Website, E-Shop) and to create the best user experience through managing the content & sitemap, and creating creative & easy user interface designs.

**Role Purpose**:

- Collaborate with product management and technology to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Responsible of UX, UI ,and usability
- Managing and leading the building and design system
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-over to technology on all platforms: desktop, mobile and tablet.
- Works closely with the Product Management to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

**Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Creative, talented and knowledgeable
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools, as well as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong background about CMS portals.
- Digital marketing strong knowledge and experience.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Good knowledge of prototyping tools.
