**Role Purpose**: - Strategy & Planning: - Build knowledge and enable best practice sharing - Develop evaluee over multiple assignments to squads, creating "T-shaped" profiles. - Focus on the “how”: tools, methodologies. Delivery: Steer development to match the demand of capability and skill on the tribe level. People: - Ensure that squad capability and resource needs can be met - Evolution and development for chapter members **Core competencies and Qualifications**: Implement business requirements to technical systems functionalities. Work and Interact with a diversified team to meet business challenges. Effective Communication with different stakeholders. Self-motivated. Results driven and solutions focused. Experience in fintech field is a plus. Must have technical / professional qualifications: 6+ years of IT experience. Experience in Software development and implementation life cycle. Computer Science/Engineering professional degree is a must. Microservices architecture Good knowledge with cloud technologies and containers. Hands on experience with API Design.
