Online Sales Representative for Courses Teaching English to Arabic Speakers

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping Arabs learn English? Do you enjoy engaging with potential customers and closing sales? If so, we would love for you to join our team.

We are an online English-learning business dedicated to **helping Arabic speakers improve their English skills**. Our students find us through social media and reach out via WhatsApp and Instagram DMs with questions about our courses. We are looking for a **native Arabic speaker with strong English skills** to join our sales team to help convert these inquiries into sign-ups so they can take their English skills to the next level

**Compensation**

**Hourly Rate**: $8 USD per hour (for time spent responding to customer messages).
**Commission**: 10% commission on every sale made through your custom link.
- Example: If someone uses your link to sign up for a 3-month subscription for $147, you'll earn an additional **$14.70 in commission.**:

- So if you replied to messages for 5 hours and 5 people signed up for 3 months, you'd earn $40 from the hourly rate plus $73.50 in commission, for a total of $113.50.

**Responsibilities**
- **Engage with potential customers** and encourage them to sign up.
- **Answer questions** about our courses, pricing, and learning programs.
- **Respond to messages from current students on WhatsApp** in a timely and professional manner.
- **Follow up** with interested leads to provide additional information and address concerns.
- **Close sales**.

**Requirements**:

- **Native Arabic speaker (or native-level Arabic)**.
- **Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency.**:

- **Experience in sales, customer service, or online communication is a plus.**:

- Ability to **build rapport and persuade potential customers.**:

- **Reliable internet connection** and **computer**.
- Availability for **3-5 hours per week (4-6 days a week).**Maximum of 50 minutes per day.
- **Self-motivated and proactive** in following up with leads.
- **Trustworthy and honest**.
