Students Coach

**Main Responsibilities**:
Moderate live sessions in Classic Arabic.

Work with a collaborative methodology of learning.

Manage and organize groups within live sessions.

Ability to report satisfaction with the course and propose possible improvements.

Look out for respect for the code of conduct. Zoom, Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets Technical Knowledge.

Give a response and report any inconvenience or eventuality.

Communicate with students in and out of live sessions, supporting and guiding them through their possible issues.

Keep track of students’ attendance and survey results.

Help with the revision of English documents that were translated into Arabic.

Meet regularly with the Education team.

Give support to English students and coaches.
- ** Skills and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in social studies, business administration or management, marketing or general business or international business
- Min years of experience from 2 to 4 years in coaching or tutoring or education or schooling/ university (education sector in general)
- Available to work during the time slot: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (GMT-3) online for Classes.
- Work with different tools at the same time.
- High level of English: Speaking, writing, and listening. High level of Classic Arabic: Speaking, writing, and listening.
- Tutoring experience nice to have
- Marketing knowledge nice to have.
