**What will you do?**

As a Senior Tendering Engineer, you will be responsible for developing technical and commercial offers for Medium and Low Voltage solutions. You will engage with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate, competitive, and timely submissions that meet project specifications and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze tender documents (RFQs, BOQs, specifications) for MV and LV systems, switchgear, distribution boards, busbar trunking, and associated components.
- Design optimal technical solutions and configurations using Siemens tools (e.g., SIMARIS Design, SIMARIS Project, STS, etc.).
- Prepare detailed cost estimations, pricing breakdowns, and complete tender documents.
- Ensure adherence to Siemens standards, country regulations, and international norms (IEC).
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Factory teams to align on delivery terms and technical clarifications.
- Manage the full tendering lifecycle: pre-bid clarification, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and post-award support.
- Continuously benchmark market prices and competitor trends to enhance Siemens' win rate.
- Engage in cross-functional improvement initiatives for digitalization and automation of the tendering process.

**Qualifications & Skills - Digital and Solid**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering - specialization in Power Systems is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Tendering, Proposal Engineering, or Technical Sales for MV/LV products.
- Proficiency with international standards (e.g., IEC 61439, IEC 62271) and local utility requirements.
- Familiar with tendering tools (e.g., STS, SAP, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, costing insight, and risk management mindset.
- Clear technical communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
