  • Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to understand scope and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analyses for civil works (earthworks, concrete, finishing, roads, utilities, etc.).
  • Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain updated quotations and verify technical compliance.
  • Develop and maintain pricing sheets, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Conduct value engineering studies to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Review design drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and raise clarifications (RFIs).
  • Support post-tender clarifications and negotiations with clients or consultants.
  • Work closely with planning and engineering teams to ensure tender accuracy and practicality.
  • Maintain and update a database of unit rates, material costs, and subcontractor prices.
  • Prepare and present bid summaries, cost comparisons, and project budgets to management.
  • Ensure tender documentation and submissions are completed on time and in compliance with company standards.
