A leading Maritime company is seeking an experienced Procurement & SAP Specialist.

**Purpose/Key Accountabilities**
- Create projects using SAP Project system.
- Issuing purchase requisitions, goods receipt and goods issue after reviewing the requisitions from sites.
- Check the invoices of the subcontractors.

**Detailed Responsibilities**:

- Execute projects on SAP.
- Review purchase requisitions from sites before purchasing.
- Making purchase requisitions on SAP.
- Check the stock of he marine unites to be matching with the store on SAP.
- Create goods receipts, Goods Issue on SAP.
- Check the invoices according to purchase requisitions on SAP.
- Check the invoices of the subcontractors.
- Arranging with naval forces to issue a permit for diving.
- Draft the diving man power reports for the projects executed in/outside Egypt.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Compares inventory levels as recorded on SAP to actual stock levels on the sites.
- Tracks the real-time status of all orders.
- Measures how many orders are unable to be filled at the time a client need.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- SAP.
- P.S. module.
- M.M. module.

**Experience**:
3 Years of experience.

**Competencies**:
**Skills**:

- Very good command of English.
- Excellent computer skills.
