Procurement and SAP Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement and SAP Specialist for our client who is one of the leading gas and oil companies in Europe.

This role is based in Cairo, Egypt.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform procurement activities to derive optimal value of external spend for BU Egypt in line with Company functional requirements and relevant guidelines (plan to strategy, source to agreement, purchase to pay processes).
- Develop and manage long term partnerships with priority suppliers.
- Source requirements from the right suppliers, establish appropriate contracts and ensure optimal contract management throughout the contract lifecycle in collaboration with the contract owner, HSEQ, legal function and others.
- In alignment with other BU Egypt functions identify procurement needs / demands, determine procurement concepts and contracting strategies.
- Maintain up to date supplier information including performance feedback, maintain preferred supplier lists.
- Ensure compliance of BU Egypt procurement activities with Company guidelines and policies.
- Coordinate implementation of Coupa Business
- Spend Management platform in BU Egypt.
- Coordinate the issues related to SAP MM module in BU Egypt, provide training and support to BU Egypt community related to SAP MM module.
- Liaise with HSE to ensure all specific HSE requirements are met, and all necessary documentation is completed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge and understanding of contracts and legal framework of contracting.
- Knowledge / experience of working with SAP MM module.
- Fluent English (verbal and written), knowledge of Supply Chain and contracting terminology.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain.
