**Job Responsibility**:

- Perform regular consumer and enterprise charging audits to guarantee no CDRs leakage and no charging misconfiguration
- Maintaining a consumer and enterprise uncharged data traffic percentage of less than 2%
- Drive technology efforts to fix identified frauds and network workarounds
- Monitor Rating Groups to detect abrupt traffic changes and investigate these changes root cause
- Monitor the social media for possible gaps before spreading to minimize revenue losses
- Testing the fraudulent activities to troubleshoot and identify faulty nodes/systems
- Amounting of losses after gaps closure, recommend preventive actions and determine way forward depending on the nature of the case
- Escalate urgent cases to TLT to focus prioritize efforts
- Provide network insights from DWH reports with +95% accuracy through walking the BI developer through different data sources
- Utilizing the Data warehouse universe platform to self develop reports and generate data rapidly

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated Engineering from a reputable university (AUC, GUC, Cairo University, Ain Shams University, etc..)
- At least 2 years experience in related function
- Excellent English spoken and written
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to detail and maneuver huge datasets
- Hands-on Experience with data-warehouse reporting platforms
