PetroApp is searching for a talented and driven **Business Project Manager (Non-Technical)** to join our growing team.
In this role, you will oversee and manage key business projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving overall performance. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders and departments to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget.

Your expertise in project management and strong leadership skills will be crucial as you guide project teams through initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases, ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead business projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Facilitate meetings and communication among project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide mentorship and support to project team members, fostering a positive team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 : 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a non-technical role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience in the SaaS or automotive industry is a plus.
