**App Project & Product Manager(remote)**:

- Own and drive KITABA Mobile App evolution.
- Act as the “voice of the customer” and “voice of the user” and provides a business perspective on value of the product roadmap and backlog.
- Work with business stakeholders to align on a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for his/her product area in support of management goals and objectives
- Prioritize app features and translate them from product roadmap into a product backlog.
- Work with business stakeholders to draft the requirements, design UI/UX and move them to development pipeline
- Manages driving a product through its entire development cycle, from concept to launch to lifecycle management, with a strong focus on details while never losing sight of the big picture
- Analyzes and develops differentiation against key competitors by understanding market landscape, emerging technology, and customer needs and trends.
- Act as the Project Manager by managing a team of developers, plan and execute sprints, mitigate risks, escalate issues, and track defects and manage app versions and release.
- Work with Content team to execute content production plans, review contents and approve publishing to production App.
- Manage app team work load using JIRA, Asana and Upwork platform
- Arrange and chair all Agile meetings, including: daily standup call, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospective.
- Monitor the team’s conformance to HR attending and working hours policies, review and approve time sheets and report violations to HR.
- Evaluate project team performance
- Assess current team capacity and work with HR team to recruit the required talents
- Generate and maintain all the require project documentations
- Work with customer care team to understand customer pain-points, issues and complaints and translate them into trackable solutions, brining the gap with other teams.

**Education/Skills/Qualification**
- Minimum 5 years in Software Project management and at least 3 years in Mobile App Project management
- Minimum 5 years of Customer and UX-focused product management experience, ideally focusing on mobile apps
- Demonstrated success in executing and directing project and product management activities in multiple areas
- Proven skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, and able to influence others to support decisions
- Ability to be self-directed to solve business issues in defined product area
- Ability to make decisions about and prioritize own work
- Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience at a startup or highly dynamic environment
- Ability to learn multiple functional areas of business, including: engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing
- Communicates effectively and listens actively

**Abou the role**:

- This is job is remote (work from home) with possibility to convert to work from office in our Cairo or Alexandria office once it is opened

**Salary**: E£6,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month
