We are looking for Digital campaign interns in
**Cairo**,
**Assuit**,
**Aswan**,
**Mansoura**, and
**Zaqaziq**, to support and get trained on brainstorming, creating and managing media campaigns to promote our services, products and values digitally. Ultimately, the intern will learn how to ensure we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Intern will support the team in and learn how to:

- Brainstorm ideas, individually and with team members to reach new campaign ideas that serve marketing targets.
- Research for, write, edit, proof edit and publish engaging campaigns for websites and various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Optimise social media campaigns (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviours.
- Select or create appealing images and videos to complement the text.
- Network with clients and industry professionals and coordinate with internal teams to get the needed information for the campaign (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)
- Track and report campaign insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, sign-ups) to achieve better KPIs.
- Post campaign content on the relevant platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven intermediate experience in at least one of the following fields (Copywriting, Graphic designing, Video content creation, Social Media management).
- Willingness to learn and experiment with making new online or offline campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with various social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn online paid advertising.
- Willingness to learn to deliver creative web content (text, image and video).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
