**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and implement comprehensive, structured lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including multimedia, games, and role-playing.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters confidence.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Assess students' language proficiency and progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and oral evaluations.
- Provide timely, constructive, and personalized feedback to help students identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Adapt existing curriculum and develop new materials to meet specific learning objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest English language teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and industry best practices.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with students to address their questions and provide academic support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and, in some cases, parents to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and other school/company events.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **Certification**: A recognized teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA is often required or preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an English Trainer, Teacher, or a similar role. Experience teaching diverse age groups and skill levels is a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native fluency in English (both spoken and written), with a deep understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability.
- The ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in student success.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and virtual classroom management.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Specialization in a specific area, such as Business English, Academic English, or exam preparation (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£8,000.00 - E£13,000.00 per month
