Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Language Instructor, based in Amphoe Mae On. The English Language Instructor will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons, assessing student progress, and adapting educational materials to meet diverse learning needs. The role involves both face-to-face classroom teaching and remote instruction to students. Additional tasks may include developing teaching strategies and providing feedback to foster student improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency and experience in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching
  • Background in Education and providing structured, goal-oriented learning experiences
  • Strong Writing and communication skills for lesson plans and student evaluations
  • A degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage hybrid teaching environments, combining online and in-person instruction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to meet the needs of a diverse learner population
  • Experience with CEFR-aligned curriculum and language proficiency assessment is a plus
