Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Supervisor based in Nasr City. The Academic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the academic program, supporting and mentoring instructors, ensuring that curriculum standards are met, and coordinating with administration for scheduling and planning. They will also be involved in evaluating and enhancing teaching methodologies, conducting faculty meetings, and maintaining a high standard of education delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in educational program oversight, supporting and mentoring instructors
  • Knowledge of curriculum standards and teaching methodologies
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for scheduling and planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct faculty meetings and handle administrative tasks
  • Master's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in English language teaching and familiarity with CEFR standards is a plus
