Overview:
Manager, Product and Solutions - EEMEA Overview
Develop and execute a market strategy for Digital wallets Local Platforms, Mastercard Move Product across EEMEA countries. This role will involve Participate in strategy creation, business development including new investments, strategic alliances, developing bespoke solutions to drive domestic relevance and managing & deploying existing partnerships and commercializing existing assets to establish MasterCard brand leadership in the payment space.
Role
- Participate in Developing and executing market strategy aligned with the global Mastercard Move Solutions strategy
- Proven track record of developing and managing local platform business and global product management in multiple countries
- Strong technical and business background
- Deep knowledge about multiple stakeholder management
- Experience for negotiate, execute and manage large customer commercial relationships and agreement processes with clients
- Provides support to sales and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills - extensive experience in communicating in international environment at senior management level.
- Develop bespoke solutions to develop ecosystem infrastructure build
- Develop region specific Product/sales strategies to help drive sales of Mastercard Move and Local Money Transfer Platforms and associated Value-Added-services
- Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and provide design specifications for product enhancements to Product Development
- Develop new partner/alliance relationships and maintain and strengthen existing partner/alliance relationships Managing Platforms team for day to day business
- Design economics of the business for EEMEA countries
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience
- Expert relevant work experience with a core knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry/banking operations practices
- Deep knowledge and understanding of payment solutions, with good experience in product, sales and business development
- Action oriented and results driven and with a disciplined approach to deliver sales targets, financial analysis, and strategic development
- Strong relationship management skills - experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment. Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to execute through others who do not report directly to you.
- Committed to quality with a strong focus on customer needs
- Language: fluent English
