**Overview of the Role**
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth workflow, efficient stock handling, and target achievement for both B2B and retail operations. The Stock Controller will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing procurement and replenishment, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.

**What You Will Do**
- Monitor all spare parts’ inbound and outbound activities
- Conduct real-time inventory tracking using ERP systems
- Perform physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Forecast part demand using sales data and historical usage
- Supervise parts receiving process and verify accuracy
- Prepare and dispatch accurate parts orders for workshops, branches, or customers
- Implement warehouse zoning strategies for fast-moving vs. slow-moving parts
- Maintain clean, safe, and logically organized inventory zones
- Enforce security measures to reduce part theft and damage
- Work closely with sales, workshop, and logistics teams

**Required Skills to Be Successful**
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive spare parts inventory management
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts cataloging and compatibility
- Proficiency in ERP/software for stock controlling

**About the Team**
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team within the Automotive division, specifically in the After Sales business unit. The team is committed to maintaining high standards of inventory management and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient stock handling and timely order fulfillment.

**What Equips You for the Role**
- Previous experience in automotive aftersales is preferred but not essential
- Courteous, polite, and professional telephone and interpersonal manner
- Proactive, hardworking, and motivated approach
- Experience in basic accounting is desirable
- Good time management skills
- Strong data accuracy, analytical, and planning skills using Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilit
