We're Hiring | Stock Controller

About Us:

We are a leading e-commerce platform passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our operations expand, we're seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support and optimize our supply chain and warehousing activities, ensuring smooth and timely product flow from suppliers to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all incoming and outgoing stock.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records using the inventory management system.

  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels.

  • Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and proper storage conditions.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

  • at least 1 year of experience as a Stock Controller, Storekeeper, or Inventory Officer.

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with inventory software.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
