Responsibilities: _
- _Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, calculate month end accruals, calculate depreciations, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position. _
- _Make payments to suppliers, receive post-payments from customers and reconcile cash, bank accounts and reports. _
- _Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions. _
- _Assist the Financial Controller or external fiscal advisor in preparing fiscal declarations (income tax, VAT, _Withholding _) _
- _Provide technical accounting advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities. _
- _Follow established guidelines and procedures to accurately verify, process applicable accounts administration requirements. _
- _Receive, verify, and process cash, credit card or other payments from customers, employees, and other parties, issue receipts and record transactions. _
- _Prepare and / or make cash payments to employees, customers, suppliers, or other parties or for approved expenditures or refunds. _
- _Maintain accurate records, prepare bank deposits, and periodically balance cashbooks. _

**_Job Requirements: _**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, preferably Accounting
- Maximum 5 years of experience
- Excellent skills in SAP and MS Office
- Excellent English, communication, presentation skills
- Experience in Accounts Reconciliation and LGs/LCs
