**About this Opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

**What will you do**:

- Second Line MS engineer responsible for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed domains of Telecom Egypt.
- Responsible for Project support integration & Acceptance phases.
- Providing technical solutions regarding hardware and configuration problems in agreed time frame.
- Specialized troubleshooting for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed products.Ensuring fast response, accurate actions and decisions during crisis.
- Handling CSRs with customer support team E2E.
- Ensuring reliable accurate solutions provided by CS.
- Responsible for verifying new solutions from post-planning team.
- Reviewing new projects’ documentations ( HLD,LLD ATP..)
- Verifying test cases and ensuring the applicability according to the network current setup scenarios.
- Migrating new services and nodes to live network while avoiding incidents or major issues.
- Leading major cases troubleshooting with other domains (ex. EPC).
- Periodic auditing on license controlled nodes to raise flag incase of traffic profile changes

**What will you bring**:

- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Experience 5 - 8 years.
