**Solutions & Quality Associate Consultant (Entry Level)**

Are you a highly driven analyst with 1-3 years of experience and a passion for crafting winning solutions? Join **Impact's Solutions & Quality (SQ) Department** as an **Associate Consultant**. You will play a crucial role as the engine behind our proposal development, translating client needs into compelling technical and financial solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is meticulously organized, fluent in both English and Arabic, and is ready to quickly progress in a strategic, client-facing support role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Proposal Generation**: Create precise **technical and financial proposals** tailored to client needs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with our service offerings.
- **Research & Development**: Conduct research to support the **development of new solutions** across various service lines and departments.
- **Quality Initiative Support**: Actively support and execute key **quality initiatives** across the entire organization to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- **Commercial Team Enablement**: Work closely with the commercial team to provide them with the documentation and data needed to win new business.

You are an **analytical powerhouse** with exceptional command of data and presentation tools. You are a fast learner, able to quickly absorb information about new service lines and synthesize it into clear, persuasive documents. You have a **meticulous eye for detail** and thrive in a support role that requires high-level document production and bilingual communication.

**Key Competencies**
- **Bilingual Fluency**: Fluent in both **English & Arabic**.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Excellent Power point & Excel skills** are non-negotiable for proposal and data work.
- **Detail Orientation**: Unwavering commitment to accuracy in financial and technical content.
- **Solution-Oriented Research**: Strong research skills to support new solution development.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of professional experience.
- **Fluent English and Arabic is a MUST.**:

- **Education**: University Degree.
- **Extra Points That Matter**: Prior experience in **Human Resources (HR)** or a related consulting field is a plus.
