We are an early-stage startup founded by a team with previous experience in Fintech (mobile payments) in Egypt. Our founding team previously built Raseedy - Egypt's first independent open loop wallet licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt in partnership with SAIB bank.

We're all working out of our office at the Greek Campus in Cairo, Egypt.

Axis is on a mission on delivering the full financial inclusion of the unbanked and underbanked in Egypt. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be guiding multiple products squad towards the optimal velocity / quality balance and operational excellence.

**Job description**
- Leading and continuously improving Agile and Scrum implementation
- Acting as Scrum Master for the squads
- Guiding squads towards peak performance
- Supporting squads by helping them to identify and remove any impediments and obstacles along the way
- Identifying, tracking and managing cross-squad and cross-depratment dependencies
- Driving the cross-squad and cross-department alignment and colaboration
- Providing visibility across the board by monitoring and reporting on the progress of key initiatives
- Ensuring all the pre-development and pre-release procedures were followed

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master or Product Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Manager
- Seasoned expertise of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

The following would be considered an advantage
- Any industry-recognized certifications
