**Role Purpose**:

- Responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating agile cross-program risks and issues, in order to facilitate on-time delivery of capabilities and features aligned to the business outcome vision
- Responsible for working closely with the domain or business outcome Product Manager and supporting Product Owners to coordinate delivery of capabilities
- Responsible for defining release readiness requirements against business outcome needs and validating readiness before release into production
- Manage planning with business team to ensure deliverables on required time.
- Manage technical teams to ensure delivery of products on time with the required quality
- Act as a technology spoc for chronic problems impacting delivery through technology.
- Responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating agile cross-program risks and issues, in order to facilitate on-time delivery of capabilities

**Job Responsibility**:

- Leading demand management for one or more business customers including commercial, Finance and customer care..etc
- Build a relationship with suppliers and service providers to ensures the delivery of the Business plans
- Manage projects end to end to ensure smooth deliver of products
- Structure new squads/tribes based on business demand
- Keep monitoring agile tribes utilization to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage & Govern rotation exercise in all managed tribes
- Work with agile tribes to deliver their outcome by being the technology support function & escalation point to deliver squad/tribe outcome.
- Work on transformation of remaining business areas to Agile
- Support the mind-set change & culture shift through different activities
- Monitor and optimize agile processes and practices
- Promote continuous improvement

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. in communication /computer engineering or computer science
- Agile knowledge and Jira hands on is preferred.
- PMP Certified or PRINCEII is a must.
- Project management experience including reporting and process management is a must.
- 8+ years of experience, at least 7 of them in project management,
- Previous team leadership experience is a must
