We are looking for a delivery manager & delivery app operator responsible for making sure that ordered products are being seamlessly delivered to the clients. Hired person will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading the drivers team, monitoring progress, orders assignment and supervision, office tasks such us creating daily reports, data entry, listings management.

Job responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations (making sure all orders are handled, solving operational issues if there are any, scheduling and delegating tasks among the team, communicating with vendors).
- Design strategy and set goals for growth. Find new vendors and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Set policies and processes.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Recruitment and training of new employees.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss
- of business to competitors)
- Conduct meetings & briefings with drivers and other team members
- Organize the fleet, arrange for repair of damaged vehicles
- Training new drivers on safety procedures and rules, such as how to operate a fleet of vehicles or equipment used for deliveries (driver app)
- Maintaining accurate records of fuel usage, mileage, repairs made to vehicles, accident reports, and other pertinent information
- Reporting accidents or other problems to management so that they can be addressed appropriately
- Coordinating with dispatch to ensure that all vehicles are on schedule to meet customer demands
- Supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs properly (wearing uniforms, bags, visa machine prepared etc.)
- Making sure that drivers are adhering to company policies regarding safe driving practices and customer service

- Expertise in people management and leadership
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to train and guide junior team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- English and Arabic language proficiency required
- Excel proficiency

**Salary**: E£7,000.00 - E£10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- El Gouna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- managerial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and Arabic (required)
