Voice Analytics and System Design Sr. Supervisor

**What you’ll do**:
1. Design and implementation of customer centric processes and problem solving activities.
2. Set Tools Strategy and Road Map in alignment with Group Strategy and internal Business need using Proper Budget planning techniques.
3. As a business Owner for CE tools manage the Projects completions without any risks to lose any data with high data Quality coverage maintained effectively and cross Functionally in the Vodafone way with Speed simplicity and trust.
4. Provide insights and promote innovative use cases for Voice and data to improve the experience for corporates, Roamers, data Users, HVC with the worst network experience while liaising with different business unit to enhance NPS and CE.
5. Communicate closely with VF-Group and V-Opcos to ensure full alignment with Group Strategy while sharing with the group CE analytics and Network KPIs.so that we can improve our way of working, tools and strategic approaches within the network customer experience area.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Strong technical and analytical skills A minimum of 3 years managing a technical function. Plus a minimum of 8 years; post qualification experience in telecom environment; preferably in the Network Radio, Core & TX areas.
- Very strong knowledge Network architecture and different vendors features to improve our network performance.
- Excellent interpersonal Skills : Decision making, conflict Resolution ,communication, negotiation ,ability to manage change, self-educational, influential ,Risk management and assessment and project management skills enabling successful Cross-functional tasks either with internal colleagues or with Vendors or Group /OPCOs colleagues keeping all people motivated and engaged to achieve the targets and goals in a Vodafone way.
- High discipline is required to take decisive actions and move thing forward as planned.
- Conflict Resolution - Works to resolve differences and maintain work relationships.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
Education: B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in communication / electronics engineering Technical skills: - Excellent knowledge in mobile business and Access Network -Very good knowledge of circuit/packet switching technology, -Very Good knowledge of IN nodes & transmission concepts and nodes.
