Requirements and responsibilities

**L2 Technical Support Specialist**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and timely responses and resolutions to cases assigned to him according to the SLA.
- High researching skills.
- Assist junior team members.
- Engage with clients to solve medium/high priority problems via working sessions.
- Provide updates to customers based on the communicated SLA.
- Actively create and update internal and client-facing support knowledge base articles.
- Well document investigative steps and work done.
- Pro-actively develop/maintain an in-depth understanding of key diagnostic tools.
- Work on special projects as needed by the support team lead.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support.
- Must have an excellent command of English.

**Key Skills**:

- Network Fundamentals and Infrastructure Services Support.
- Good Knowledge with MSSQL administration.
- Good knowledge with Webservers like Apache Tomcat.
- Experienced in Cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Google Cloud.
- Good knowledge in HTML & CSS.
- Very good in troubleshooting and researching skills.
- Self-driven and always welling to learn.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization (SSO, LDAP/AD, OAuth).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Java is a plus.
