Responsibilities / Tasks:
**General Building Blocks**
- Ensure optimal information exchange within the team and with the interfaces.
- Setting impulses for continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures as well as implementation of corresponding measures in coordination with the manager.
- Contributing ideas and implementing the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Coordinating and implementing digitization projects in cooperation with the interfaces. Optimizing and mapping new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems.
- Adhere to approved budget and initiate appropriate action on impending and identified variances in coordination with manager.
- Comply with legal requirements and internal regulations.
- Documenting efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems

**Job Profile-specific Building Blocks**
- Implementing the pricing subdivision strategy.
- Support and execution of pricing trainings (general; tools & processes) and pricing Workshops
- Generation and maintenance of plan-prices for strategic raw materials in area of responsibility.
- Support in position management for strategic raw materials in area of responsibility.
- Management of pricing projects (incl. IT projects)
- Conducting price, cost and results analyses and market, customer and competition developments and deriving necessary measures. Developing lines of argumentation to support sales.
- Special calculations for tenders, open book costing, strategic customer projects
- Drive margin measures with regional BU/Sales/Sourcing (incl. cash loss elimination) and Global Head of Pricing
- Implementing suitable price measures and calculations, taking changing market conditions into consideration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting
- 2-4 years of experience in Costing, and Controlling
- Preferably Manufacturing background
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- CMA/ IFRS holder is a plus

**Working Hours**
- 08:00 am to 04:00 pm (Sunday to Thursday).

**Job Location**
- 4thIndustrial Zone, 6th of October.
