we are currently hiring for the following position in transfer pricing department:

  • Supervising Senior - Transfer Pricing with an experience of 5 to 7 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer Pricing Advisory & Compliance: Conduct analyses, prepare documentation, and support tax audits.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients, present deliverables, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Operational & Administrative Tasks: Manage projects, handle invoicing, and maintain documentation.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise junior team members, lead projects, and collaborate with other departments.
  • Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Stay updated on industry trends and advise clients on best practices.

Skills required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field, professional certifications preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in transfer pricing, preferably in a Big Four firm.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience in various industries, including finance, banking, and manufacturing.

  • Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical and soft skills, including knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

  • Deputy Manager / Manager - Transfer Pricing with an experience of 7–10+ years.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead complex transfer pricing analyses, oversee the preparation and review of documentation, develop TP strategies, and manage tax audit support for key clients.


• Act as the main point of contact for clients, present high-level deliverables, manage expectations, and maintain long-term strategic relationships.


• Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensure timely delivery, manage budgets, review invoices, and maintain full compliance with internal quality standards.


• Supervise, coach, and mentor senior associates and junior team members. Conduct performance reviews, allocate resources, and ensure effective knowledge transfer within the team.


• Identify opportunities for service expansion, support proposal development, contribute to thought leadership, and stay up to date with global TP developments and regulatory changes.

Skills required:


•  Bachelor's degree; professional qualifications (e.g., ADIT, CMA, CPA) are a strong advantage.


•  7–10+ years of experience in transfer pricing, with proven experience managing clients and leading teams. Big Four experience is preferred.


• Strong exposure across multiple sectors, including financial services, banking, manufacturing, retail, and technology.


• Deep technical knowledge of OECD guidelines and local TP regulations, strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with ERP systems, exceptional communication skills, and advanced Excel & report-writing skills.


• Leadership and team management, Client relationship management, Strategic thinking and business development, Project management & administrative capabilities, Excel and analytical proficiency.
