We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

  1. Corporate Procedures & Company Formation Department

Positions Available: 2 Managers

Experience: 3–5 years (only within accounting firms)

Requirements:


• Proven experience in company formation services


• Strong understanding of joint-stock companies, partnerships, and limited liability companies


• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage


• Preference for candidates residing in Mohandessin or nearby areas


• Salary based on experience with annual performance-based increases


• Social insurance provided after a mutual three-month probation period (transfer available for those already insured)


• Full adherence to the firm's internal procedures, policies, and administrative standards

  1. Accounting & Auditing Department

Positions Available: 3 Accountants

Experience: 1–5 years (only within accounting firms)

Requirements:


• Experience in external auditing for companies


• Knowledge of external audit procedures


• Solid familiarity with accounting and auditing standards and related regulations


• Proficiency in bookkeeping and preparing accounting cycles


• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Odoo software is preferred


• Preference for candidates residing in Mohandessin or nearby areas


• Salary based on experience with annual performance-based increases


• Social insurance and registration in the Accountants & Auditors Registry after a mutual three-month probation period (transfer available for already registered candidates)


• Full adherence to the firm's internal procedures, policies, and administrative standards

  1. Tax Department

Positions Available: 2 Accountants

Experience: Minimum 3 years (only within accounting firms)

Responsibilities:


• Managing clients' tax files: Corporate Income Tax, Payroll Tax, Stamp Duty, Value Added Tax, and Withholding Tax


• Preparing all types of tax examinations


• Maintaining proper data backups to secure tax and legal information


• Preference for candidates residing in Mohandessin or nearby areas


• Salary based on experience with annual performance-based increases


• Social insurance and registration in the Accountants & Auditors Registry after a mutual three-month probation period (transfer available for already registered candidates)
