**About the Team**:

- Manage a music partnerships and content operation team that are responsible for building relationships with TikTok partners (Labels/artists and others) and ensuring partners are maximizing opportunities to engage with the platform and promoting music content and trends to support business growth; establish clear KPIs, prioritize projects, and provide clear growth trajectories for all team members.
- Develop and own a comprehensive music strategy to grow and foster the TikTok music content ecosystem North Africa region including Egypt.
- Build, develop and sustain strategic relationships with key partners across North Africa region including the Egypt Music industry.
- Develop growth strategies for established and emerging artists and oversee the implementation.
- Drive music-led initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Drive TikTok's impact in the Egypt and North Africa music industry through impactful partnerships, activities, and artists/trends amplification.
- Collaborate with broader XFN teams including content, product, BD, engineering, and marketing teams to reach shared goals.
- Manage and monitor content, facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot music content issues.
- Measure, analyze and report on the overall music performance against key metrics and implement progressive changes to improve the overall performance of in-app content.
- Collaborate closely with global music teams to coordinate international content campaigns and initiatives.
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, either within the label and distribution framework or directly within artist management.
- A proven track record working within an international and fast-growing tech environment is desired.
- Strong and proven people management and strategy development skills.
- A natural collaborator with the ability to recruit and inspire those on their teams as well as inspire other internal teams to work towards a common goal.
- Experience within Music Programming, Music data intelligence and Music Editorial teams is a plus.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and established connections with key stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of North Africa including Egypt's music industry and vast knowledge of music industry trends across all genres.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships externally and internally.
- Familiar with using data to produce reports on content performance.
- Experience working with international partners at different time zones.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
