Luxoft Autonomous Drive, a department of Luxoft's Automotive Line of Business, is an expert and delivery center for design, implementation and test of embedded architecture and software solutions for automotive systems.
Our international team is based in various locations all over Europe and working with OEMs and Tier1s from all over the world. We are currently looking for a Test Manager who is also able to work together with customer and the team to define and implement test strategy for the new project.

Project Goals:
SW Platform and SDK for a development of automotive systems at German OEM (based on AUTOSAR Adaptive)

Technologies used in Project:
TypeScript, Python, Linux, C++, AUTOSAR Adaptive, Jenkins, Docker, running Python app. in Java & JavaScript environment; agile development (SCRUM)

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and lead software testing activities
Cooperates directly with the project manager, product owner and the customer
Define the test concept and select the required tools for the test environment
Plan, estimate and track all the testing activities
Review the software requirements for the testability
Build up the testing team by being involved in roles definition and hiring
Design and execute test plans and test strategy
Report the defects found clearly to the different project stakeholders
Perform demos for business stakeholders and ensure software meets their requirements

**Skills**:
Must have
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining of automated testing framework, harness and tool set
- Very good knowledge in test automation and related tooling
- Proven experience in Test Management, excellent knowledge of Test life cycle
- Experience in working in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, scaled Scrum etc...)
- Advanced Experience in testing methodologies and terminologies
- Excellent Communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Team leadership experience
- ISTQB Certified Advanced Level Test Manager or higher
- Fluent in English

Nice to have
- Software development experience on Linux Systems and/or other embedded OS
- 5+ years of experience in automotive
- Very good experience in Java, Python, Groovy and Typescript
- Good Knowledge of C++14 or newer
- Advanced experience in creating automated tests, execute them and collect results
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, Automotive tester, Agile tester or similar desirable
- Experience with Google Test-Framework would be a plus
- Experience with Robot Framework is a plus
- Experience with ASPICE processes
- German language knowledge is a plus

Knowledge on AUTOSAR Classic or AUTOSAR Adaptive would be a plus
- Understanding of Service oriented architecture would be a plus**Languages**:
