**Project** Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Deploy test processes and a test management approach aligned with ISO 29119 standards for software testing.
Manage and lead the testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting phases.
Utilize advanced knowledge of testing levels and their respective scopes and focus on developing comprehensive test strategies.
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the development lifecycle and seamless integration of testing activities.
Demonstrate proven experience in test management, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.
Lead and mentored a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.

**Skills**:
Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in test management, focusing on ISO 29119 standards and automotive testing.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.
Knowledge of various testing levels and their scope
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within defined timelines and
Experience in different test management & ALM Tooling i.e. codeBeamer, xRay, etc,.
Proven experience with SAFe 5 and agile approach
Experience with test management tools and methodologies
Experience in both manual and automated testing
Good communication skills in both written and verbal form
Being dynamic and self-motivated
Problem-solving mindset

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
Experience with Automotive SPICE
