**Project** Description**:
DXC-Luxoft is an industry-leading software integrator and solution house for automotive OEMs and suppliers. We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing efforts in the Automotive domain. As a Test Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality assurance processes, enforcing quality-related industry standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deploy test processes and a test management approach aligned with ISO 29119 standard for software testing.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of testing levels and their respective scopes and focus on developing comprehensive test strategies.
- Manage and lead the testing efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting phases.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the development lifecycle and seamless integration of testing activities.
- Leading and mentoring a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality testing deliverables.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.

**Skills**:
Must have
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in test management, including resource allocation, task prioritization, and risk mitigation.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and its impact on testing activities.
- Demonstratable experience in test management, focusing on ISO 29119
- Proven experience with SAFe 5 and agile approach
- Advanced knowledge of various testing levels and their scope
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions within defined timelines
- Experience in different test management & ALM Tooling (codeBeamer, xRay, etc.)
- Experience in both manual and automated testing
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal form
- Being dynamic and self-motivated
- Problem-solving mindset

Nice to have
- Experience with Automotive SPICE
- Experience within automotive domain
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager
