**About the role**:
The _Communication Services_ Business Line is designing, developing and managing, the portfolio of communication products and services of Orange Business, among which collaboration solutions based on Microsoft products and associated ecosystems.

And within the Business Line, the Collaboration & Contact Center Development teams are in charge of the engineering of these offers sold by Orange Business Services.

Your role as a Cloud collaboration solutions Architect will be to provide expertise on Microsoft Teams voice and video features, endpoints and ecosystems, to build and deliver these solutions to our customers, and provide support to our operations.

You will also be involved on service development activities based on new vendor solutions, such as Zoom or Google.

As part of our team of engineers, you will:

- Provide expertise, architecture, engineering related to Microsoft Teams technologies and their interconnection with Orange assets (cf. Microsoft Direct Routing, Operator Connect, etc.)
- Evaluate voice and video features, ecosystems and integrations in our labs, deliver studies and overviews, lead technical discussions and share this expertise within OBS
- Advise presales on design and technical choices, help our customers transition to Teams and adopt new UC technologies
- Design bespoke solutions for our customers, produce documentation (HLDs, LLDs, configuration guidelines), validate the solutions end-to-end, train operations
- Contribute to the development of OBS portfolio around Microsoft Teams as a technical expert during Proof of Concepts, agile projects or TTM projects
- Work closely with Microsoft and partners (Audiocodes, Ribbon, Polycom ) to get expertise and evaluate solutions during previews, beta phases, workgroups.
- Regularly interact with marketing, operational, pre-sales teams, in an international context.

**About you**:

- Experienced engineer in Microsoft cloud collaboration technologies : Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Azure
- Deep level of understanding of voice technologies: SIP, QoS, SBC, Codecs, Voice and general IP telephony
- Familiar with infrastructure and hosting: networking, routing, DNS & DHCP, VM, security, compliance - Microsoft Azure expertise would be a strong asset
- Analytic mind, strong capacity to discover and learn new technologies, and share with others
- English proficiency (written and spoken) ; French language would be a plus
- High communication skills
