**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Management: Develop and oversee acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging various marketing channels to enhance user engagement.
- Growth Experiments: Create and manage innovative growth experiments to uncover new acquisition opportunities and scale paid media efforts effectively.
- Data-Driven Insights: Employ data analytics and market research to refine audience segments and targeting strategies, leading focused marketing campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze marketing data to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Marketing and Data teams to ensure cohesive growth initiatives and accurate performance reporting.
- Funnel Optimization: Enhance the paid media funnel to boost conversion rates and improve essential metrics, including customer acquisition cost, in-app conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation strategies.
- Proven analytical skills, with experience in utilizing data to inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Sendgrid, Webengage, AppsFlyer, and Firebase is advantageous.
- Experience in a startup or tech environment is preferred.
