Today, we are recruiting for the EHS Training Manager position to Join our Project Team in Cairo office. This is an excellent career opportunity for Professionals from Rail /Transportation Business looking to join a truly international team.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Implements defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
- Leads technical training program implementation for employees and/or customers to develop technical competencies and skills required.
- Leads the development, preparation, implementation, and follow-up for all service training activities for assigned business partners/products.
- Plans, formulates, and approves technical training programs. Leads the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs for updating and enhancement.
- Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business administration and recognized qualification on similar projects with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the designated professions, with preferable three or more years of relevant experience in the transport industry.
- Solid quality and safety management experience from Electrical, Mechanical Domain.
- Railway system work experience is highly appreciated
- Very good command of both the spoken and written English language
