Identify and communicate functional issues and risks associated with solutions, participating in infrastructure design reviews.
- Provide consulting and coaching on system functionalities, formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify complex information systems.
- Analyze and revise existing system logic and documentation as necessary.
- Analyze systems requirements and existing business processes and information systems, developing cost-effective information technology solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in T24/Globus, with a minimum of 1 to 4 years experience in the T24 Core Banking System.
- Hands-on experience in T24 implementations, including private banking.
- Experience in T24/Globus performance fine-tuning.
- Proficient in jBASE and UNIX, with knowledge of system and hardware architecture.
- Deep understanding of T24 product functionality, architecture, and integration.
- Knowledgeable in various T24 components and the latest versions.
- Extensive understanding of banking operational business processes, particularly in retail and corporate banking.
- Strong business analysis and solution architecture skills.
- Experience in multi-company setups, COB processing, Enquiries, version design, data migration tools, building control, and monitoring tools.
