About the Role

Synkroniza Consulting is looking for an experienced 
Temenos Core Banking Specialist
 to support our banking clients and digital transformation projects.

The candidate will work on Temenos T24 / Transact implementation, customization, parameterization, integration, and support.

This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality banking technology solutions across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
Temenos – Core Banking

  • Implement, configure, and customize 
    Temenos T24 / Transact
     modules
  • Perform 
    parameterization
     for core banking processes (Accounts, Loans, Payments, Treasury, etc.)
  • Integrate Temenos with external systems (APIs, middleware, channels)
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications
  • Prepare technical documentation, functional specs, and user manuals
  • Conduct system testing (UAT, SIT, regression)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Temenos issues
  • Support upgrades, patches, and release management

Business & Client Support

  • Work directly with banking clients on project requirements
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to users
  • Ensure solutions follow banking regulations and best practices
  • Coordinate with internal teams (developers, QA, project managers)

Project Delivery

  • Support full lifecycle: requirements → implementation → go-live → post-production
  • Prepare project status updates
  • Ensure timely delivery of all tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–7 years experience with Temenos Core Banking (T24 / Transact)
  • Strong understanding of banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Payments)
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Temenos T24 modules
  • AA (Arrangement Architecture)
  • APIs / Integration Framework
  • COB (Close of Business) process
  • Experience in jBASE, TAFC/TAFJ, OFS, IRIS, or Integration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic a bonus)

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in 
    Temenos T24
     (highly preferred)
  • Experience in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, or Channels integration
  • Ability to work with global clients
  • Strong documentation skills
