**The team for you to join**
You will be based in Avedoere close to Copenhagen where you will join a skilled and dedicated Operation team. The Operation team is a high-performance team responsible for production planning, preparation of kitting to production and procurement. We work in an informal atmosphere characterized by a good and open dialogue. We believe that the best results are created in an environment of honesty and mutual trust, where brainstorming around all types of new ideas and a continuous improvement mindset are valued. We have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting the business across the world.

We work with our global S&OP team, Supply team, Customer service, sub-contractors and we coordinate shipments with our main warehouse. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda.

**What would your role look like?**
You will together with two colleagues be responsible for the production planning of natural color on our production site in DK. This role will collaborate with many cross-functional team members and must have the ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner.

**Your tasks**
- Determine the production plan short and long term against our Sub-contractor.
- Overall calculation and planning of raw materials together with our S&OP team
- Long term planning using forecast and SAP / IBP capacity module.
- Work with multiple departments such as Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Warehouse teams.
- Daily and weekly coordination with production.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful change.
- Update planning specific data in SAP.

You have excellent coordination skills, are a team player and provide excellent planning skills. You have a structured approach to busy workdays and deadlines, are proactive, focused on solutions and have a sense of urgency.

**_In addition, you have:_**
- Experience in production planning
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, SAP PPDS planning module and MS office
- Communication skills in English.
