Digital Marketing Manager

We are searching for a highly-creative and self-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take care of our paid marketing activities. In this position, you are expected to be aware of and have hands-on experience of managing all channels of the Digital Marketing field.
You will be responsible for all the performance marketing channels starting from SEM, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social Media, App installs, Influencer Marketing etc. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, monitoring & reporting the digital marketing campaigns across the markets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Create and manage app install campaigns across various platforms.
- Ensuring successful campaigns managing bids and budgets to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s.
- Optimising campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
- You identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- You write content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages
- You test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- You build and run A/B tests across different channels
- Regularly analyze the user data to optimize our marketing efforts
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas, to understand the gaps in our communication.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features).
- Creating monthly, Quarterly and ad-hoc reports.
**Requirements**:
- You should ideally have_
- Proven work experience (of at least 4 to 7 years) in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Travel sector.
- Hands-on experience of managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Gemini, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit etc.
- Hands on experience in managing App install campaigns in various platforms for at least 3+ Years.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Solid Knowledge of Mobile & App Analytics tools like Appsflyer, Singular, App Annie etc.
- Strong Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of SQL & HTML.
- Excellent communication skills. Strong Presentation skills
- Analytical ability and strong inclination to crunch numbers and identify trends.
- Familiarity with CRM Campaigns, Social Media Campaign/Ad manager, Analytics & scheduling tools will be a plus.
- Basic Working Knowledge of creative designing on tools like Canva and other similar ones will be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Great team player and strong performer who has worked with high performing marketing.
