Digital Payments Business Analytics Supervisor

**Purpose of the job**
Implement marketing activities in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders for digital payments.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Implement new services, develop new products to fulfill business needs, increase customer loyalty, and generate revenues and other business KPIs
- Designing the properly segmented value proposition, pricing, offers, and animation activities to maximize digital payments penetration for B2C and B2B customers using diverse CBM activities
- Position digital payments products efficiently through relevant communication across all channels
- Prepare all needed communication materials for the digital payments business market to enhance customer awareness as well as designing the materials & ads content.
- Follow the strategic partnerships signings as well as new merchants with efficient GTM & communication plan.
- Design best-in-class customer experience across channels through continuously enhancing and updating the customer journey flow and minimizing failed processes and transactions
- Responsible for market intelligence analysis to identify the gaps between our services & competitors
**Job specifications**:
**Education**
- Bachelor degree from a well-recognized university in one of the following fields: Marketing, Business
**Experience**
- 0-2 years of experience
**Skills and Abilities**
- Fluent English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent
